2020 Summer Internship: Art & Design

Penguin Random House offers a 10-week PAID internship opportunity available in our adult, children’s, and corporate divisions. Interns are exposed to the publishing process and our business through panels, networking events, employee speaker series, and even lunch with our CEO!

 

Summer interns work for 28 hours per week and are paid $20hr. Summer housing will be available for up to 10 selected interns. To be eligible, you must be a rising college senior, a graduate; and/or any candidate available for full-time employment within 1 year. *You need not be enrolled in college or have a degree to apply to our internship program.

Conceptualize and design covers and interiors of assigned titles and incorporates feedback from authors and editors.

 

Works closely with marketers and art directors to brainstorm and create marketing, publicity, and promotional materials. Create shareable social media content, online and print ads, and other promotional materials.
