Gain Valuable experience working alongside mentors, on value-adding projects, while developing skills to take you far in your career. Our rotational programs are created around hiring the best and most talented people and letting them teach us; while we provide the means for you to constantly learn, be challenged, mentored and successful. The Engineering Rotational program is the premier entry-point in SPX FLOW. Our program provides recent college graduates challenging assignments, training, exposure to senior leaders, and the chance for rotations both domestically and internationally.
The engineering development program provides extensive exposure to the company’s officers and senior management team. At the conclusion of each rotation you will have the opportunity to present to senior leadership at your site, and at the culmination of the 2-year program (3, 8-month rotations) you will present to our Chief Executive Counsel; which includes the CEO. These rotations will provide you with a “Big Picture” view of the corporation while at the same time offering hands-on experiences that aim to sharpen your technical and soft skills.
