Architectural Project Manager
Scott Snyder Inc. is a high-end interior design firm. With roots in classical design principles, our firm is proficient in various architectural styles, and has earned wide recognition for tailored, detailed, and well balanced designs for over 30 years.
We are located in Palm Beach, FL and are seeking a qualified, sharp, self-motivated Project Architect with a minimum of 2 years of work experience. Extensive experience in detailing high end custom homes is preferred. Excellent AutoCAD skills are required.
Our firm serves a discerning international clientele who appreciate beautifully balanced, livable interiors which complement and preserve the architect’s original intention and at the same time fulfills individual client needs.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND:
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience overseeing Design Development, production of Construction Documents, and Construction Administration for residential projects.
- Experience in establishing budgets and proposals, preparing schedules, and monitoring adherence to terms
- Strong skills and talent in AutoCAD, SketchUp modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and preparation of presentation materials
- FL architectural license is a plus
