Video Producer/Editor
Money Map Press, an Agora Company is looking an experienced Video Producer/Editor to join their team. The Video Produce/Editor contains exceptional people skills and production experience. This experiences includes expertise in identifying goals along with building and managing internal/external video resources. The Video Producer/Editor has the ability to work in all video formats and delivery systems, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational and self-management skills.
The Video Producer/Editor balances strategy, communications and video direction as we continue to strive for storytelling and character development. This role is responsible for delivering best-in-class video content while setting the future vision and tone for video services.

Responsibilities
- Must be able to plan and strategize production events both in house and off-site
- Ability to leverage existing assets to create new video content that is on-brand, high quality and breakthrough
- Ability to communicate with and understand production requests of internal stakeholders and transfer this knowledge into an actionable production plan and timeline
- Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders including project managers, marketers, copywriters and designers
- Design and manage production schedules, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining project deadlines while coordinating with department directors and media production management
- Accurately edit audio and video promo from script while ensuring visual elements and quality standards are maintained across the entire video production process.
- Assist with internal video productions projects including the areas of production and/or post-production
- Represent the production team when working with third party production partners
- Interact with directors and talent & must remain focused at all times while on set
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally
- Experience utilizing problem solving and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Exceptional people and diplomacy skills
- Essential knowledge of video best practices and the ability to integrate these skills with high production value along with attention to detail
- Essential knowledge of storytelling with a strong eye for design and an understanding editorial processes
- Creation/production of video and web-based projects with proficient in all aspects of video production, such as editing of digital media (with Adobe Premiere), audio mixing and editing (audio clean-up, background music, sound effects) and shooting video
- Project management skills
- Must be highly organized and an effective communicator
- Ability to tailor voice and visual approach in videos to align with specific customer segments
Additional Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite of software and video editing software i.e. Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Proficient in setting up video and audio equipment (in the studio and in the field), including lighting; video and audio recording.
- Photography experience
