Project Manager I/II
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our elite Project Management Team!
- Engineering experience required…(could be software, mechanical, electrical).
- MS Project proficiency required.
- Candidate should possess a strong engineering background and an active PMP certification
- Background in wireless technology a plus.
- Develops and oversees the planning, staffing, implementation, budget and tracking of a program of one or more engineering projects.
- Defines the scope of each project. Collaborates with the engineering teams to create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) that identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete each project.
- Collaborates with Engineering Group Managers to determine the resources required to complete each project.
- Oversees the execution of each project, identifying deviations from plan. Reviews each project schedule with the project team and revises as required.
- Establishes communications schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of each project.
- Writes reports on each project for management and for sponsors.
- Monitors cash flow projections and reports actual cash flow and variances on a regular basis
