Sales & Marketing Associate

Gladiator Lacrosse, LLC is seeking a full-time sports sales and marketing associate looking to better expose our brand and award-winning products to the fastest growing sports communities in America. Roles and responsibilities include generating leads, networking with schools, coaches, teams, creating social media content, and working at experiential marketing events.
 
The ideal candidate for this position has a background in sports as a former athlete or enthusiast. Lacrosse experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone with the ability and desire to cultivate relationships and maintain business partnerships with both
small and large consumer prospects. This individual should be excellent in time management
and is passionate about closing sales.
 
Inside Sales and Marketing Associates initiate contact with potential new business prospects.
Working with both pre-qualified leads and generating leads on your own, you will
convey the value of the company’s products to expand our client
base and footprint. Your primary objective is to meet daily, monthly contact goals and
sales profitability goals to ensure our upward stream toward success! Daily marketing is a must in our society and industry. Creating valuable content for multiple social media platforms, engaging with followers and influencers, and developing topical information for our newsletters and email campaigns.
 
Responsibilities:
●       Source new sales opportunities through outbound calling
●       Educate and promote Gladiator Lacrosse to consumers ranging from universities to individual users
●       Monitor incoming customer communications
●       Conduct lead generation by cold calling and business development
●       Create Pay Per Click and targeted marketing campaigns to bring in additional sales leads
●       Develop strategies to create and source high value prospects
●       Understand customer needs and requirements
●       Become proficient in the company’s catalog of products to meet monthly quotas effectively and productively
●       Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
●       Research accounts and follow-through on leads
●       Accurately document and manage all sales activities in our CRM
●       Identify decision makers, qualify needs, present relevant value and overcome barriers.
●       Meet marketing objectives for both brands and for multiple media platforms
 
Required Qualifications
●       Understand how to budget marketing funds and ROI
●       Excellent communication skills are required for this role
●       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
●       Experience requirements based on candidate qualifications
●       Effective time management with multiple responsibilities
●       Must have a “Can Do” attitude
 
Preferred Qualifications:
●       Experience with the following platforms: Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Word Press/WooCommerce, Squarespace, and G-Suite
●       Amazon, Walmart, and Facebook Business Manager experience
●       Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Ads
