Estimating Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve new vendors, ensuring that budgets are in line
- Complete in-house material takeoffs and input into system
- Prepare budgets for new communities
- Estimate costs and materials
- Obtain vendor quotes
- Maintain takeoffs, item cost, and contract pricing
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills:
- Two (2) years homebuilding estimating or purchasing experience required
- College degree preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
