Estimating Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve new vendors, ensuring that budgets are in line
  • Complete in-house material takeoffs and input into system
  • Prepare budgets for new communities
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Obtain vendor quotes
  • Maintain takeoffs, item cost, and contract pricing
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills:

  • Two (2) years homebuilding estimating or purchasing experience required
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
