Meaningful work on Day 1
From day 1, you will be a key member of the Packing engineering team delivering new product packing and process innovations. You will be developing, defining, and executing Packing related projects to support initiatives, capacity, cost saving, and improvements across P&G Manufacturing Plants and contract manufacturers.
 
These postions are entry-level with up to 4 years work experience. 
 
As a Packing Engineer, you will: 
 
    * Will develop technical mastery in P&G developed and off the shelf packing technologies.
    * Will work cross functionally with Package Development, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing, Planning, and MPD Packaging.
    * Will leverage P&G packing labs for scale up testing (Mini, Macro scale) on new package and equipment/technology improvements.

REQUIRED:
 
    * BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering but others may be considered
    * Travel Expectations – 25-50% (Domestic or Global)
    * Willing to relocate.  
 
PREFERRED - experience and flexibility in:
 
    * Robotics
    * Data analytics
    * Travel flexibility
    * Relocation flexibility
