Employment Coordinator
The Employment Coordinator ensures that all aspects of the hiring process are moving quickly, efficiently and are completed properly. Serves as the primary point for coordinating candidate interviews, facilitating all background checks and drug screenings for the applicable countries and following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. This team member will also perform tasks such as generating reports, sending correspondence to internal partners and external candidates, the coordination of travel arrangements and processing expenses. Completes special projects as assigned and will support multiple countries and regions as needed.
English fluency is required, multilingual is a plus!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Required:
Helps Facilitate and Drive End to End Hiring Process
Including but not Limited to:
- Assigns recruiters to requisitions
- Ensures job description formatting meets company standards
- Schedules phone and on-site interviews
- Creates Interview Agendas for Executive Interviews
- Facilitates and monitors background and pre-employment check to completion
- Verifies correct hire details and hires in successful candidates
- Launches new hires onboarding and first day instructions ensuring onboarding success
- Utilizes Workday ATS to move candidates through the hiring process
- Leverages Tools to aide in process to accommodate language and time zones considerations
- Complies with all legal and professional standards and ensure they are followed during the employment process (i.e. applicant tracking/data entry)
- Maintains SLA’s through efficient and effective coordination practices
Reporting
- Compiles data for weekly recruitment report and daily scheduled interviews report
- Provides ad hoc reporting as needed
Talent Acquisition Correspondence
- Manages recruiting email box and phone line
- Handles routine applicant correspondence (i.e. application follow up, questions etc)
- Answer phone and greet public in a friendly and courteous manner
Additional Duties
- Manages Employee Referral Program
- Coordinates on-site hiring events to include space reservations, refreshment orders, etc
- Schedules Pre/Post Calibration Meetings for supervisor and above roles
- Liaison for 3rd party vendors (ex Background, Relocation, Immigration and Agencies)
- Other Duties as Required
- Meets attendance and punctuality standards
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 1-3 Years of relevant work experience
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- High School Graduate required
