JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a passionate creative intern to assist with daily email marketing and creative tasks. Do you love being creative and working with Adobe Photoshop? This internship is a great opportunity for you to gain valuable hands-on experience in email marketing and graphic design working for a women’s fashion brand.
Pay: Intern pay is $12.00/hour
Duration: Minimum 3 months required, 6 months maximum if intern is graduated or not enrolled, >6 months is possible if intern is enrolled in degree program.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with designing creative for email and web using Adobe Photoshop (InDesign a plus!)
- Help create quality, shareable content for LASCANA advertising & social media
- Assist with writing compelling headlines and copy for email and ads
- Mobile first: design creative keeping mobile and desktop experience in mind
- Monitor and analyze competitive landscape to keep up with other top fashion brands
- Track results and A/B test creative to increase conversion
- Work with and assist team to complete various creative projects as needed
- Find and organize new marketing images
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Creative Suite (1 year)
- A good eye for design and loves being creative!
- Good with words and able to assist with headlines and copy.
- Sales driven: design on-brand creative that looks great, is mobile friendly and optimized to sell!
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within the team.
- Must be able to take direction, feedback and complete tasks on time
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior work experience with social media a plus!
- Candidates will be expected to complete an assignment before receiving an official job offer
