Customer Quality Control Engineering Intern

What you need for success:
  • Enrollment in an accredited collegiate program
  • Maintains a 3.0 GPA or above
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong desire to learn
  • Naturally inquisitive
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work without sponsorship now or in the future
Who You’ll Work With
You will work with the Radio Frequency (RF) Customer quality engineering (CQE) team in Durham, NC or in Morgan Hill, CA. in your work you may have to do some of the following tasks:

  • Assist with customer complaint activities by working in the lab with our engineers.
  • Support and learn Failure analysis techniques on parts received from customers.
  • Learning and applying different methodologies for Problem Solving
  • Analyze past customer complaint cases to gain insight from possible recurring root causes
  • Support in Qualification of new products and technologies
  • Support process changes in operations by analyzing available data on several operation topics.
  • Work with the Customer Quality Engineers to update our product qualification database as well as customer agreement requirements.
For this role, you will have the chance to collaborate with different groups (marketing, operation, R&D) and see multiple aspect of the semiconductor environment.
