Are you a creative, motivated, sales-minded, strategy-driven individual who has a passion for communicating/telesales and a genuine interest in communicating with clients on a daily basis? We are seeking a strong Prospecting Specialist whose job is to contact and follow-up on a pipeline of prospects through strategic and psychological communication efforts for a nationally recognized Financial Advising Firm in Miami, FL. Someone with a sharp phone presence with excellent listening skills, a love for the phones, and the ability to build a rapport with our prospects and clients is a must. We're looking for a go-getter that is great at asking in-depth questions and getting our prospects engaged!
Responsibilities and Requirement include:
Responsibilities include making multiple outbound calls, emails, and other outreaches resources such as attending company events in order to engage new prospecting clients. Arranging face-to-face or digital meetings for our Financial Advisors. No sales will be required, only setting appointments to earn multiple chances for commissions and bonus rewards.
In reaching out to new or prospective clients to fill our pipeline, our candidate must possess a good, energetic and positive attitude, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and the proven ability to work well with others.
Requirements also include:
· Previous experience in the financial services industry (investments, retirement planning/insurance, banking). With minimal to a full understanding of Tax-Qualified and Non-Tax Qualified Accounts.
· BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
· MS Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an advanced level
· The ability to work efficiently and independently with clear goals and direction, excellence at rapidly building trust and relationships to engage clients, and proficiency in maintaining a database of prospective client information.
