Marketing Internship - Urology & Pelvic Health

We are utilizing more marketing channels than ever before and are increasingly focused on optimizing our utilization of data and analytics to make informed decisions and investments.
 
Your Opportunity:
As a Marketing Intern at Boston Scientific, you will…
  • Work in our UroPh division within Product Management or Patient Access
  • Be partnered with a mentor, aside from your manager.
  • Contribute to meaningful projects that impact strategic priorities for the business.
  • Have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to understand the full scope of the business and contribute to impactful projects.
Your Impact
Examples of meaningful work by Marketing Interns:
  • Execution of market research to support the development of new products, including:
  • Analyzing market size, segments, product usage, dynamics, and trends
  • Conducting competitive research of products, pricing, distribution and positioning
  • Execution of primary and secondary market research
  • Business process analysis
  • Looking at ways to improve current practices within UroPh Marketing
  • Analyzing gaps in efficiency and identifying strategies to fill those gaps
Your Qualifications:
  • Majoring or interest in a Business-related function; Marketing, Communications, General Business
  • Rising Junior or Senior at the time of the 2021 summer internship
  • Strong analytical, written, communication and presentation skills
  • Innovative, creative, outside the box thinker
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to receive direction well and work independently
  • Relevant prior internship experience (preferred; not required)
  • Intermediate experience with programs such as PowerPoint and Excel
