Entry-Level Engineer

Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is experiencing unprecedented growth and have a position available for an entry-level engineer. Responsibilities include preparing civil/environmental engineering design documents; preparing design computations, quantity/cost estimates and construction documents; visiting project sites during design and construction for design data collection and verification. Some travel will be required.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil, chemical, or environmental engineering or related field or are able to obtain within one month of hire.

The ideal candidate will have experience with of any/all of the following: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project software; hydraulic and/or hydrology software (ICPR and/or XP-SWMM); process modeling software (BioWin and/or GPS-X); pumping systems software (Pipe-Flo). The ideal candidate will also have a previous relevant internship and an EIT certification.
