Marketing Coordinator
DXagency in Miami, FL is looking for an experienced Digital Account Coordinator to work in Miami at our Latin America Office. Our Account Coordinators are committed to achieving our clients’ goals and assisting internal teams to get the job done right. Our ideal candidate has agency experience as the client partner. They must have an understanding of digital marketing including social media (paid, earned and owned), display media, and creative production (including banner ads, social ads, websites, emails, video, and more).
As an Account Coordinator you will assist the account team on up to three accounts including clients in the events, publishing, and Digital verticals. You will be involved in the overall health of the business, ensuring that all client expectations are met (or exceeded), with quality work, done on time and to spec.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day and overall needs of DXagency clients.
- Help ensure the satisfaction of assigned clients, making sure all deliverables meet the client’s expectations/strategies and accomplish campaign goals.
- Management of client sites via various CMSs and maintenance of B2B2C materials
- Participate in creative brainstorms and client strategy sessions. This may include campaign ideation, media strategy, overall digital strategy, and more.
- Assisting in the writing of content including but not limited to emails, websites, digital posts and more. This may include copywriting and/or copy-editing.
- Help create client-facing materials including pitches, marketing strategies/plans, and performance recaps.
- Maintain high-quality service levels
Qualifications:
§ BA/BS in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or a related field from an accredited school
§ Account experience at a digital agency or Digital Marketing experience
§ Understanding of online marketing and proven ability to assist clients with digital campaign planning and new media techniques
§ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously and operate with flexibility in the presence of shifting priorities and deadlines.
§ Ability to represent and promote DXagency in a professional manner and demonstrate value added service to clients
§ Strong self-motivation, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the clients.
§ Ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the team.
§ Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation and copywriting abilities
§ Demonstrate effective independent thinking and management
§ Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to adapt to various technologies
§ Must be completely fluent in Spanish. Portuguese a plus
§ Experience in CMS, CRM (Salesforce, Yesmail, etc) and Photoshop a plus.
