The University of Northern Iowa is searching for a dynamic, experienced marketing professional who will be responsible for the development and coordination of marketing and branding campaigns and activities that serve to advance awareness of the university brand, as well as strengthen student recruitment efforts and engagement work; partners closely with members of the campus marketing community to ensure cohesion in brand messaging as well as coordination and strategy in the development of marketing tactics and plans that promote the university and its units; and plays a key supporting role in University Relations (UR) leadership by assisting with planning, reporting, special initiatives, and project communication among teams.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, business, communications, or related field plus at least five years of combined experience in team management, budgeting, brand development, and marketing/communication campaign development and planning required. Master’s degree and experience in trademarks, licensing, special events/outreach coordination preferred.
