Marketing Intern

This position will work with a variety of staff – engineers, construction professionals, and technical experts – to support the marketing team with proposals, qualification packages, award submittals, resumes, project descriptions, and data management. We are looking for an energetic, motivated candidate with strong people skills and excellent writing and communication skills to support our fast-paced workflow.

 

The main responsibilities for this position include:

• Support proposal teams responding to RFPs, RFQs, awards submittals,

• Coordinate proposal materials (graphics, text, forms, and subconsultant material) into a polished, client-ready package

• Develop marketing proposals and supporting materials; writing and editing of non-technical sections

• Develop qualifications packages, resumes, project descriptions, and other custom marketing materials

• Strong attention to detail

• Database management experience preferred

• Excellent communication and coordination skills (both oral and written)

• Superior interpersonal, organizational and time management skills

• Ability to produce high quality materials under deadline pressure

• Strong Adobe Creative Suite experience, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong desire to learn the business

Proficient Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (very important)
