ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER

Manage multiple design projects working directly with and under the supervision of the principal architect. Prepare scale drawings and architectural designs. Oversee preparation of documentation in various architectural phases including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, details, models, and renderings. Performs routine architectural duties including drafting, design development, correcting and updating drawings. Review documents for quality control evaluations. Conduct field observations. Create and manage accurate production schedules for projects. Coordinate with the engineers, consultants, and team to ensure project meets quality, schedules, and project goals. Other duties as assigned. Requires Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Related Area and 24 months experience as an Architect, Project Architect or Architectural Project Manager.
