Become involved in a dynamic start-up environment in the aviation industry. Primarily working in the commercial aftermarket parts arena, Avacore has achieved positive results in a very turbulent landscape due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We require someone to work with our growing team and assist in the daily operations and marketing realms.
The Business Development Manager will support Avacore’s next phase of growth by leading business development efforts to grow our Avatrade e-commerce platform, as well as establishing relationships with new customers to promote our material procurement and technical records services.
Responsibilities include:
- Finding commercial opportunities with new customers (Lessors, Part 145 operators, Aftermarket part brokers/suppliers, OEMs, Airlines) to sell sign up and support as customers for our e-commerce platform.
- Finding commercial opportunities with new customers (Lessors, Part 145 operators, Aftermarket part brokers/suppliers, Airlines) to sell our material procurement and technical records services.
- Create and prioritize a list of partnership opportunities with each business segment.
- Research, prepare and prioritize partner pitch materials.
- Working across numerous database platforms including the development of our Avatrade online marketplace.
- Improve our marketing/networking channels via social media platforms and search engines.
- Creation of management reports through analysis of customer trends and email engagements.
- Pro-active approach to improving current processes
Travel required and TBD on opportunities (COVID19 restrictions).
Flexible schedule - required to work only six (6) hours for one (1) day per week. Flexibility to work remotely however requires to be on-site at our Coral Gables office for majority of the time (>75% attendance).at least 1-2 times a month.
