Interior Architect / Interior Designer
We are a Honolulu Based Architecture and Interior Design firm looking for a talented person to join us in the growth our firm. To join and be successful with us you will need a college degree in Architecture/Interior Design and 3+ years commercial project experience.
While your design skills are at the top of the list of you will also need high level organization and communication skills and demonstrated competency using the "tools of our trade" - Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, MS Office, Bluebeam, etc.
You will use your skills to service our firm, clients and their projects in both the Architecture and Interior Design sides of the firm providing preliminary, final and construction drawings and specifically on the Interior Design side of the firm FF+E specifications, sourcing, procurement and installation activities. Our firm also specializes in using the latest 3D technology to document existing structures.
Contributing to our mutual success will be your
- Experience working collaboratively with a multi-discipline design team including contractors, architects, suppliers, and engineers
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent oral, written presentation and communication skills
- knowledge, skill and ability with office space planning and furniture systems, developing and preparing furniture plans, reflected ceiling and finish floor plans, interior elevations and finish schedules, FF&E Specifications and Budgets

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
