Marketing & Communications Intern
MSSmedia is seeking motivated and talented individuals to intern at our agency HQ in Coral Gables starting as soon as possible. The Spring 2021 Marketing & Communications internship is open to current college students, who will learn from and train closely with the entire Marketing team.
Marketing Intern Job Responsibilities:
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Public Relations Support, Internal
- Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
- Research and Reporting
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
- Take part in formal and informal training opportunities.
Marketing Intern Qualifications / Skills:
- Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
- Graphic design skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Research Skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
The goal of the internship is to prepare students for entry-level opportunities post-undergrad in the field of Marketing and Communications.
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Photoshop are non-negotiable) and social media management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal skills also required.
This in an unpaid internship in exchange for school credit.
