Marketing Intern, Graphic Design
GA Telesis is looking to hire a talented, detail oriented creative Graphic Design Intern to join our marketing team. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and open to new tasks. This intern will be responsible for creating assisting the marketing team with graphic design requests and social media graphics. Adobe Suite proficient - video editing a plus! This is a paid internship.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Graphic Design Team with the design of promotional web graphics, flyers, banners, posters, invitations and other advertising/marketing materials as needed
• Prepare images to coincide with social media and blog posts
• Creation and updates to various sales collateral
• Assist with photo sessions and video production (shooting, editing, etc.)
• Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
• Graphic Design major or enrolled in a related degree program
• Strong skills in typography, layout, and social media concepts
• Proficient in Adobe Suite – must know Photoshop
• Portfolio with completed projects is a plus
• Self-starting, well-organized, and detail oriented
• Able to meet project deadlines and successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and collaborate with others to achieve goals
• Demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow creative direction in a team-oriented environment
