Social Media & Customer Care Summer Internship

What you’ll do:
  • Communicate with the global Trek customer audience using social media
  • Be the voice of the Trek brand
  • Interact with customers to resolve problems by providing advice and encouragement
  • Gather community feedback to be shared with product teams or marketing
  • Work with Customer Service, Marketing, and Product when faced with hard questions or running projects
 
What we’re looking for:
  • Currently studying Communications, Marketing, or Business
  • Dedication to being the best version of themselves with an outgoing attitude that is expressed through exceptional customer service relations
  • Dedicated to outstanding customer service – willing to go above and beyond
  • A strong ability to understand and build relationships with our customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced with social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit)
  • Understanding of bicycles and/or the bike industry is preferred but not required
