Social Media & Customer Care Summer Internship
What you’ll do:
- Communicate with the global Trek customer audience using social media
- Be the voice of the Trek brand
- Interact with customers to resolve problems by providing advice and encouragement
- Gather community feedback to be shared with product teams or marketing
- Work with Customer Service, Marketing, and Product when faced with hard questions or running projects
What we’re looking for:
- Currently studying Communications, Marketing, or Business
- Dedication to being the best version of themselves with an outgoing attitude that is expressed through exceptional customer service relations
- Dedicated to outstanding customer service – willing to go above and beyond
- A strong ability to understand and build relationships with our customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced with social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit)
- Understanding of bicycles and/or the bike industry is preferred but not required
