REPORTS TO: Digital Marketing Manager
STATUS: Internship - Unpaid
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in a career in Digital Marketing. Interns will observe, learn and develop skills necessary to explore career opportunities within their chosen field. Individual may qualify for college credit if allowed by their college/university. This position is an unpaid internship.
LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Intern will learn and be exposed to:
Inner workings of a non-profit organization and the parent company.
Detailed and hands on training and experience with marketing analytical tracking and engagement activities.
Develop and enhance skills of researching statistics, analyzing data, interpreting data, and information, studying, updating webpages, maintaining, filing, developing and distributing of digital content
Learn about the process of developing Marketing Funnels and how to segment massive markets of consumers.
Understand tasks associated with marketing data management, recording, trends reporting, and research.
Enhance skills of reviewing content, competitor analysis and proofreading of publications and website copy.
Other opportunities may be available for successful completion of the internship.
PREREQUISITES

Pursuing a degree and/or career in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Media Relations
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel and typing skills. PowerPoint, Photoshop, Publisher, and InDesign a plus
Note: Preferred commitment of a minimum of 15 hours a week consistent with academic demands/schedule.
