Operations Administrator

GRUBBRR is a leading technology company that delivers ordering solutions for small to large businesses across different verticals including QSR & Fast-Casual Restaurants, Stadiums & Arenas, Casinos, Micro-Markets, Movie Theatres, Entertainment Venues, and others. Offerings include a platform that contains an ecosystem package: self-service kiosks, contactless ordering solutions, point-of-sale systems, mobile and online ordering, kitchen display systems, and other services intended to materially increase business efficiency.

We have been at the forefront of utilizing AI, machine learning, facial recognition, digital sensors, and other emerging technologies to enable businesses and venues to meet the unique needs of operating in today’s environment.

Primary clients of North American Operations include business owners, sales agents, and internal team members. As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for delivering on key performance indicators (KPI’s). You will accomplish operational goals through effective leadership of customer communication, technical support, quality control, system deployment, compliance and risk mitigation teams. Your primary objective is to create ease and efficiency at every turn while promoting a positive company culture and attitude.

Operational Administrators also must do a lot of liaising with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to stakeholders and taking on new tasks daily to meet the needs of our growing business.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer, Agent and Technical Support: Support the delivery of proactive and responsive support to our merchant customers that is timely, professional, and accurate
  • Deployment and maintenance for all hardware and software
  • Complete various projects under the supervision of Project Manager/Scrum Master to achieve business goals
  • Work diligently and urgently to gather information from clients, internal staff and take appropriate action in a timely manner
  • Planning and controlling change across Departments
  • Managing quality assurance programs
  • Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
  • Proactively learn and implement new innovative ways to keep productivity at an increasing level
  • Work directly with the team leaders and project managers on projects and initiatives including facilitating the rollout of new applications and technologies as well as documenting company-wide policies and procedures through interaction with various departments

Requirements:
  • Technical industry experience required
  • Exceptional skill in organization, team and process development
  • Drive outstanding culture alignment in and across teams
  • Dexterity and ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Proficient in CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and sales process technologies a plus
