Being a member of Integration Management team, you will be responsible for managing the Client onboarding process across the SIFMU Businesses from beginning to end, with a focus on providing an excellent Client Experience. In this role it is required to work collaboratively across the DTCC organization to ensure a successful and efficient Client onboarding. This position requires strong skills in collaboration, organization, communication and overall project management
 
Your Responsibilities:
 
·       Understand all aspects of existing Client onboardings, lifecycle events and terminations
·       Support the maintenance of internal procedure documentation and assist in Audit preparation
·       Run cross-functional teams for relevant initiatives and partner with management team to identify and implement key process improvements
·       Proactively handle outreach and execution of Client incident remediation as advised by management
·       Manage internal projects and programs when required by management
·       Prepare project materials and templates for teams to utilize for client projects
·       Proactively share standard methodologies with team members inside and outside of Onboarding
·       Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; calls out appropriately
 
Talents Needed for Success:
 
·       Minimum of 3 years of related experience
·       Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
·       Must be detailed oriented, individually accountable and have excellent follow-through
·       Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
·       Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills
·       Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and projects concurrently
·       Must be self-motivated and willing to expand skills and knowledge
