Sales Executive (Media/Advertising)

What You'll Love Doing:

Financial Performance – Accountable for achieving sales targets by selling multi-platform advertising (print, digital, TV) by talking to buyers, C-Level executives, and key decision makers.

Hunter – Artful at reaching and engaging decision makers and following up on sales opportunities through phone, email, and face to face.

Gatherer - Actively identify and source prospective clients and maintain a robust pipeline of business leads. Create and drive territory growth strategies to meet and exceed performance metrics. Maintain customer contact records, opportunities, and projects/forecasts in CRM.

Relationship Builder – Create WOW making experiences for prospects and clients focusing on over delivering and leading each relationship with a ‘solutions’ mindset.

Business Planning and Expertise - Negotiate sales agreements and payment terms in accordance with company guidelines and campaign targets. Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and changing territory demographics
 
Who You Are:
·        1+ years sales experience. Media Sales experience preferred
·        Some college preferred but not required
·        You know how to use a phone and love using it!
·        Account management and industry networking experience an advantage but not essential
·        Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
·        Clear understanding of your purpose and why you want to be successful
·        Resilient and tenacious with a world class drive and determination.
·        Innovative quick thinker with an unwavering passion for knowledge and growth
·        Some travel and face-to-face sales may be required
