Consumer Care Representative

Do you have a passion for helping others and like the idea of supporting a branded play & entertainment company that creates toys and entertainment that make the world smile? We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will make an immediate, positive contribution to our well-established Global Consumer Care department. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for balancing consumer requests in an Omni-channel environment. Incumbent will be adept, detailed, and concise with documentation and hone on first contact resolution for consumers. This position requires proficiency in all products and the ability to readily and positively adapt to change and technological innovation.

A day in the life as a Consumer Care Representative:
  • Effectively communicate with consumers via telephone, email, online chat, SMS texting and written correspondence.
  • Provide Outstanding Service with every interaction.
  • Effectively troubleshoot integrated play apps/products.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and processes.
  • Identify and accurately call out potential trends and consumer concerns.

What you’ll bring:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly developed ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of PC and Mac including Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Ambitious with ability to prioritize, strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a faced-paced environment/learn and adapt quickly in a demanding customer service environment.
  • Ability to accurately assess the entire situation to make an informed decision.
  • Minimum of 3-years in a contact center environment preferred.
  • Associates degree preferred or a combination of some college and equivalent work experience.
  • Bi-lingual/multi-lingual in French Canadian or Spanish a plus.
