Position Summary
The HR Coordinator provides support for the company’s clients in multiple areas (payroll, benefits, training, employee relations, workers comp, compensation, employment branding, recruitment, and much more).
Essential Functions
- Assists in administering human resources policies and procedures to Audax's clients.
- Assists in various HR functions such as payroll systems & processing, benefits administration, compensation & performance management, employee relations & terminations, government compliance, HR compliance & risk management, HRIS implementations, new company startup, pre-employment & profile testing, recruiting, strategic planning, and training & development.
- Collects and maintains HR data to help make recommendations for improvement to clients.
- Processes paperwork according to established procedures.
- Prepares internal and external (client) communications as needed.
- Provides administrative support such as answering phones, taking messages, preparing reports, updating client and employee records/files, arranging background and drug screenings, tracking documents, conducting research, and arranging conference calls.

Education and Training
3 years of college, Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related preferred
