Human Resources Coordinator

Position Summary
The HR Coordinator provides support for the company’s clients in multiple areas (payroll, benefits, training, employee relations, workers comp, compensation, employment branding, recruitment, and much more).

Essential Functions
  • Assists in administering human resources policies and procedures to Audax's clients.
  • Assists in various HR functions such as payroll systems & processing, benefits administration, compensation & performance management, employee relations & terminations, government compliance, HR compliance & risk management, HRIS implementations, new company startup, pre-employment & profile testing, recruiting, strategic planning, and training & development.
  • Collects and maintains HR data to help make recommendations for improvement to clients.
  • Processes paperwork according to established procedures.
  • Prepares internal and external (client) communications as needed.
  • Provides administrative support such as answering phones, taking messages, preparing reports, updating client and employee records/files, arranging background and drug screenings, tracking documents, conducting research, and arranging conference calls.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Education and Training
3 years of college, Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related preferred

Experience / Focus
