Fine Gardening Technicians & Interns

We are looking for talented, reliable, and hardworking people to join our seasonal Fine Gardening Team (estimated early Spring – late Fall). The Fine Gardening team works 40+ hours per week on some of the most beautiful properties in New Hampshire, and we have fun doing it!

Spend your day outside, socially distant, conducting daily horticulture and gardening operations, including:
  • Planting, deadheading, weeding, mulching, and pruning of ornamental trees and shrubs
  • Spring and Fall maintenance and property cleanups
  • Installing plantings utilizing compact construction equipment (excavators & skid steers)
  • Utilizing proper planting and pruning techniques for large trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals
  • Maintaining an overall safe work environment and using Personal Protective Equipment
  • Working long days (9+ hours) during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons and some weekends (as needed) in a variety of weather conditions
  • Assist with the installation of seasonal color enhancements within landscapes and containers

Open Positions
  • Fine Gardening Technician I and II: These roles are designed for those interested in gaining experience and knowledge in the landscape industry. Experience is preferred (even in your own backyard) but we will train anyone willing to work hard and learn.
  • Assistant Crew Leaders and Crew Leaders (experienced required): Responsible for leading and coaching crews through all aspects of daily horticulture and gardening operations to ensure deadlines are met. They organize and direct crews, train new members, and are responsible for record keeping, effective communication, and on-site personnel management.

  • A Valid Drivers’ License and the ability to maintain a DOT Medical Card
