Working at Blue Lake this summer will give you chance to:
- Connect in an in-person arts community: Making and strengthening friendships, working as a mentor and leader to young people, and being mentored by camp leaders and arts faculty.
- Enjoy the arts in a natural setting: with an increased focus on outdoor activities, there will be plenty of opportunity for counselors to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while instilling a lifelong love of the arts.
- Have an impact: camp counselors become an integral part in the development of the next generation by inspiring campers to pursue their art with renewed enthusiasm.
- Gain leadership and youth development experience: our staff combine training and hands-on experience to build skills in the areas of communication, collaboration, critical-thinking, community-building, creativity, and more!
