Technical Writer Intern

What You'll Do
  • Work closely with the Data Warehouse team to ensure data integrity
  • Partner with teams across the business and assist in crafting methods and procedural documentation
  • Assist in the development of technical materials in different formats, manage projects, and use your keen attention to detail to revise and edit technical writing pieces
  • Most importantly, you will learn and grow

What You'll Need
  • Background knowledge of technical platforms and languages (SQL, Python, Azure Cloud)
  • Experience or ability to learn working with the following tools preferred: Confluence/JIRA, SSIS , Data dictionaries
  • Documenting Stored Procedures, SQL tables and columns for data lineage and dictionary project
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Attention to detail with a creative eye.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS SharePoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
  • Ability to work cross-departmentally to communicate the nuts and bolts of a product/process.
  • Write for a variety of audiences, from non-technical end-users to programmers, system administrators, and integrators.
