Marketing Coordinator/Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to provide administrative support to the President, FOX Nation & Executive Vice President of Marketing for FOX News Media. We will rely on you to be a team player that can work independently while exercising sound judgment and taking initiative. In addition to managing all administrative tasks, you will take on entry-level marketing projects as assigned.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; process expense reports; handle cross-department communication
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President/EVP
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion
- Screen incoming calls; prepare and/or review confidential memos, correspondence, business updates, meeting notes, support/work on PowerPoint presentations and complex reports
- Manage all aspects of business travel and travel agendas
- Manage marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by the President/EVP
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- A bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years relevant work experience
- Strong interest in Marketing
- Highly organized and detail oriented nature
- Adaptable team player with a self-starter attitude
- Ability to take initiative, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
- A positive “Can Do” attitude
