Receptionist/Dispatcher Customer Service
- Answer calls and transfer to correct department
- Greet Walk-ins
- Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions, enter call in system
- Receive and dispatch orders
- Assess situation and prioritize calls
- Oversee the route of field technicians to direct to next call
- Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner
- Inform field techs and clients about orders
- Track and update calls data in software programs
- Provide reports to upper management
Experience and Requirements
- Experience in data entry
- Must Speak English and Spanish
- Hands on experience working in stressful, emergency situations
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
