Digital Experience Planning Intern (Virtual Assignment)

We are currently seeking candidates who are working towards obtaining a bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing, advertising, communications or related field for a virtual internship assignment during the summer of 2021.

Objectives/Goals of the Position:
The intern will provide:
  • Event logistic support
  • Digital communication expertise
  • Help create and deploy an enhanced onboarding experience for new team members
  • Management of updated documentation project alongside Digital Experience Planning Lead
  • Enhancement of GRA and ADRD dashboard

Primary Duties:
  • Evolve and update our onboarding experience for new planners including developing videos and guides to help enable success
  • Supporting our communication efforts across US and global review and approval areas through digital platforms like Teams and Workplace
  • Organising lunch and learn presentations alongside our Digital Planning Leads for ADRD and GRA audiences
  • Actioning collaboration events identified within BBU and OBU
  • Working with stakeholders to improve the user experience of our metric dashboards

Requirements:
  • Rising sophomore, junior or senior-level undergraduate students pursuing an advanced degree in digital media, marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
  • Experience working with data (e.g., data manipulation, presentation).
  • Comfortable presenting to large audiences
  • Well organized and conscientious
  • Good knowledge of digital communication platforms
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Digital native – able to create engaging videos and digital tools to support learning
  • Experience with Microsoft office applications
  • Minimal 3.0 GPA preferred
