About Us: Diadem is the fastest growing performance tennis brand in the country. Founded in 2015, Diadem has developed a full product line of top-performing tennis gear for players, coaches, and clubs worldwide. We are headquartered in Pompano Beach, FL, and are the last remaining American tennis brand.
Our Program: The Diadem Sports Management Program is a completely hands-on internship program designed to give Business and Sports Management students direct experience contributing to a fast-growing startup in the Sporting Industry.
Through the 12-week program, members will be trained in marketing, account management, business development, social media, product design, and international business. Our 5-level program introduces individuals to our business model and helps develop their overall competency in solving business problems. Once members identified their preferred business functions, their responsibilities become targeted around the business sector of their choice (such as Marketing, Administration, Business Development, etc).
We aren’t looking for team members to run trivial errands. We’re looking for team members that solve problems and get things done.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and offer customer support
- Database/CRM management to ensure contacts and data systems are accurate and efficient
- Assist in marketing and social media strategies
- Help business development team by scheduling partnership and sponsorship calls
- Collaborate with leadership team on sales and marketing strategies
- Connect with prospective customers and build business relationships
- Assist with shipping, inventory, and logistics
- Introduce deals, offers, and promotions to accounts and customers
- Contribute to product development and strategy meetings
- Document systems and processes to improve business efficiencies
- Assist with order generation, invoicing, and billing
- Compile contact lists and conduct data mining for improvement of database
Requirements and Qualifications/Skills:
- The ability to work 20-25 hours per week (M-F) with flexible schedule to work around classes and exams
- Business or Sports Management majors preferred, other majors will be considered
- Must have a passion for learning and developing new skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Driven, hard-working, and accountable
- Ability to take direction and multitask
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and overall computer competency

Trainees that graduate from the program will be immediately eligible to interview for either part-time or full-time employment with Diadem.
