ECommerce Manager

As our ECommerce Manager, you will partner with executive management to define the growth strategy and independently lead daily operations of eCommerce (i.e. Walmart, eBay, Amazon, Target, etc.) to maintain profitability, grow sales, and improve customer satisfaction. The position will be full-time in our Miami offices (40 hrs/week; Monday – Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities include:
 
  • Grow and test new channels to scale the business in new and existing markets
  • Lead keyword research, page audits, and identify opportunities to optimize SEO content development
  • Stay up to date on current and past product lines, service issues, known product issues, product updates, promotions, competitive products, and business activities
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the ecosystem (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape, and eCommerce platform marketplace rule changes)
  • Recommend technology improvements including customer experience, design, content, navigation, cart and checkout, SEO, marketing, performance, and functionality
  • Evaluate and quantify the value of new features and functionality to inform product development
  • Serve as an internal expert on key eCommerce trends and behaviors that impact the customer experience and business results
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV), and reduce cart abandonment
  • Review and act upon competitor listings and compile information on products, tactics, and pricing
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product development teams to continuously ensure the categorization, imagery, product information, and pricing are accurate and meet brand guidelines
  • Ensure that product pages are consistent across brand sites and retail partners
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage products, campaigns, and promotional opportunities
  • Manage fulfillment methods and inventory levels to maximize sales and to avoid out of stock issues
  • Oversee day-to-day functionality and SKU/ASIN management, proactively catch problems before they are created, and troubleshoot/resolve issues that impact performance
  • Be the main point of contact for resolving problems and advocating for our brands within the marketplaces
  • Monitor operational performance on eCommerce channels (i.e. Walmart, eBay, Amazon, Target, etc.) and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze and report conversion matrices of paid and organic traffic of each platform, budgets, and revenues
  • Audit all channels regularly to ensure optimization, ranking, and content
  • Analyze and compile sales reports to identify slow/no selling items and help determine merchandising decisions to improve performance
  • Manage relationships with channel representatives and support teams
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
 
Requirements/Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field or combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience with top-rated multi-channel merchant/brand with a focus on eCommerce Marketing
  • ECommerce experience with extensive knowledge of best practices and strategies working with any of the following: Walmart, eBay, Amazon (Vendor/Seller Central), Target, and/or others
  • Experience working with any of the following: Shopify, Syndigo, Skubana, SPS Commerce, Commerce Hub, and/or Cart Rover
  • Experience in eCommerce, online customer acquisition, and revenue generation
  • Thorough understanding of SEO and how search engine crawlers and websites work
  • Established network of business and vendor relationships in eCommerce space
  • Ability to dig through data, draw conclusions, and take action to solve the issue
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis of problems and implement solutions with limited guidance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities as needed by the business
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Willingness to travel 10% nationally
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish preferred

Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience. Discretionary performance-based bonus.
