Established architecture and development firm looking for a senior level or graduate architect student for a paid internship. We specialize in commercial and restaurant projects. Our featured brands are Dunkin Donuts, Wendy's, Barry University & Broward University to name a few. The candidate must have good work ethics be a motivated, self starter and hard working individual that is able to bring innovative design ideas. Position has a good future potential to grow with company.

The candidate will work closely with the architecture team and the construction manager on existing projects. The position will require good communication and team work skills. The Job responsibilities will require technical drawings that follow design specifications and building codes and specifications. Good opportunity to learn about commercial architecture and development projects. The candidate for this position will be working along side our team of architects and construction manager to assist with real time projects.  The experience will enhance their communication skills & team building skills as they will need to work in a team environment.  Communication is crucial to ensure the design and building specifications are being followed. The candidate will be able to submit any drawings that they complete as their project evaluation.  We are looking forward to interviewing students.
