Intern – Communications & Project Management, CEO Office

You will report directly to the CEO office and enjoy discovering scalable ways to improve the employee experience while solving business problems simultaneously.  We're looking for someone who has strong communication, is able to work with C-Suite and VP-level execs, and is ready to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a 12+ week in-person internship based out of Sunnyvale, CA. This position pays $26 (temporary self-relocation required).


Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Support of daily business, strategic and operational tasks in CEO Office/ continuous support in monitoring, tracking and summarizing key projects and activities/
  • Creating regular reports for the Top Management
  • Assist with internal communications requests
  • Translate messaging into creative and compelling presentations
  • Drive engagement through all levels of the organization by diving deep to understand business goals, constraints, strengths, and opportunities
  • Assisting communications and marketing strategies that support the mission and vision of MBRDNA 
  • Creating clear messages and exciting stories for our website, social media channels and internal newsletter.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed or Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration 
  • Have significant creativity and excellent business judgment
  • Have a strong sense of urgency and commitment
  • Be a self-starter and an independent thinker
  • Must demonstrate ability to be organized and prioritize work.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
  • A highly creative individual who possesses agility, flexibility, and positive energy, and who is excited about working under pressure in a dynamic and fast-pace environment.
  • Experience with social and digital media.
  • Graphics and visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere).
  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
