International Sales Associate
Overview
Location: St. Louis, MO Department: Sales Reports To: Sr. Director International
Your Role: The International Sales Associate will work to grow sales with international customers, primarily via virtual and phone interaction. This individual will be responsible for growing profitable volume at newer customers. They will also be part of a team to identify and bring on board prospective customers. Additional duties include:
- Broker and direct representative management
- CRM system management
- Virtual trade show management
- Marketing communication with manufacturers and customers
- Other duties as assigned
- Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
Role Specifics:
- Travel – occasional overnight travel (1-2 nights per month). Must have the ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane or train for customer/vendor calls, training or meetings.

Qualifications
We Need You To Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two years sales experience
- Effective professional written and verbal communication skills
- A strong presence and acumen with virtual communication.
- Fluency (written and verbal) in Spanish
We’d Like You To Have:
- Passion for international business and culture
- Marketing experience
- Extensive use and understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
