Marketing Summer Intern - Marketing
The Role
We are seeking a qualified college student for an internship position in the Marketing department. You will be exposed to the day-to-day activities of the department related to pursuing new projects for the firm. You will play an integral role on our team by assisting in maintaining our marketing materials while learning about the architecture, engineering and construction industry.
This is a great internship for a rising senior earning their bachelor's degree in Communications, Liberal Arts, English, and/or Journalism. This is a full-time summer internship with the possibility for part-time hours during the fall.
This is not a social media our campaign based internship. This internship requires a lot of writing and proof-reading.
Responsibilities
- Update and format Marketing materials, including resumes, project lists and project sheets. This task involves writing and editing concise project descriptions, while maintaining consistency and corporate branding.
- Update and maintain various databases.
- Assist with preparations of proposals and qualification documents, as needed.
- Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing skills and editing ability.
- Detail-oriented.
- Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Effective communication skills.
