Internship- Commercial & Residential Interior Design

We are looking for an Intern interested in learning the various parts of commercial & residential Interior Design. Schedule is flexible and can be discussed with any interested applicants. The internship could include all different parts of the overall design process, from concept to installation. The position could include thing such as, material selections/product research/material organization, furniture selection, gathering conceptual imagery, space planning, vendor follow up/ research, specifications, art/accessory selection, cad assistance, and 3D modeling. This opportunity could help give perspective of the following areas:

-Project development/ process and project management

-Library organization/vendor management

-Time management and balancing multiple tasks

-Helping to learn material & furnishing selections/ and working with a budget

The duration of this internship is negotiable, pending what is required for your degree OR how close the student may be to graduating and their future goals. This is a PT position. Interns mentor will be the senior designers.
