Mobility & Materials Communications Coordinator

Job Description:

DuPont’s industry-leading Mobility & Materials (M&M) business segment provides high-performance engineering polymers, resins, adhesives, specialty pastes and films that enable material systems solutions for the most demanding applications and environments in the automotive, aerospace, electronics, industrial, consumer, medical, photovoltaic and telecom markets.    
Reporting to the Global Business Communications Director, the M&M Communications Coordinator will unlock the potential and capability of our team and staff at DuPont’s global headquarters for Mobility & Materials in Wilmington, DE. The M&M Communications Coordinator will serve as a partner to the Global Business Communications Director and various key stakeholders to ensure that the team is well prepared to deliver critical business results by managing tactical tasks as well as lending subject matter expertise in robotic process automation and dashboarding.
 

Responsibilities:
 
Help us grow, make processes more efficient, cull inefficient activities
·        Provide high level administrative support to the Global Communications Director
·        Suggest and execute process improvements to streamline or automate routine activities
·        Be a resource to the team to brainstorm, design, build, and implement process improvement tools and resources to unlock the power of our people.
·        Be a subject matter expert on Microsoft’s Power Platform, including tools such as: Power BI, and Power Automate.
·        Seek out opportunities to introduce robotic process automation (RPA) into the team’s everyday work.
·        Seek out opportunities to assist the team to showcase data in a fluid and useful way through dashboards, and other tools.
 
Administrative support for our Global Business Communications Director
·        Manage calendar (schedule meetings, arrangement conference rooms) as needed, submit expense reports, complex domestic/international travel, act as Time Administrator (track vacation of team members as needed)
·        Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
·        Schedule and coordinate team meetings while also attending and taking notes of action items
·        Coordinate candidate recruiting, hiring activities, and new hire onboarding as well as offboarding separated employees
·        Work with team members to organize activities for the business team
·        Other miscellaneous activities and/or ad-hoc requests as required
 
Support our Team Members to help them get work done more efficiently:
·        Coordinate, execute and track Purchase Orders, Memo orders, Invoices, etc.
·        Coordinate with suppliers to assist with PO and invoice processing
·        Work with outside vendors to collaborate on projects, articles and interviews
·        Schedule and set up video/audio conferences and special events
·        Craft and post announcements to internal and external platforms
·        Proofread copy and other public relations material

Required Qualifications
·        Associate or higher degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with 4 years experience in marketing communications or high-level administrative support)
·        Ability and openness to work, on occasion, a varied schedule to be available for employees on off-shifts as well as own or assist with tactical tasks.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing and challenging work environment
·        Mastery level computer skills with Office 365, notably: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, creating and maintaining SharePoint websites, Microsoft Teams
·        Instincts to learn and use new computer platforms for managing service projects, building office assignments, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to compile data, generate spreadsheets, prepare and enhance correspondence and presentations.
·        Creating and using Pivot Tables, Scripts, and Macros in Excel, Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Teams, and Slido
·        Knowledge of navigating through SAP/ERP accounting software and/or SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) software strongly preferred
·        Knowledge of Digital Asset Management – MediaValet a plus
