HR Recruiting Coordinator
Holder Construction Company, an ENR top 100 Contractor, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our Atlanta Office. This position will provide support to our college and experienced recruiting effort.

Responsibilities:
- Manage online postings to include company website and various job boards
- Review profiles/resumes to qualify potential candidates.
- Schedule candidate interviews and follow up with candidates as needed
- Book travel logistics for candidates when applicable
- Collect and review new hire paperwork for completion and compliance
- Onboard new hires prior to arrival which includes sending communications, setting up drug screens and onboard through our Applicant Tracking platform
- Facilitate New Associate Orientation
- Hire new associates on their first day
- General HR, Reporting, and Recruiting support
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Four-year college degree in Human Resources or business-related field
- A proven track record in Human Resources responsibilities
- 1 to 3 years’ experience as a Human Resources coordinator
- Experience with HR Systems and Applicant Tracking platforms
- Successful candidate will possess outstanding organizational, time management and computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects is also desired
- Professional; engaging, positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset and proactive problem solver
- Independent drive, ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and under deadlines
