Position Overview :
AJC International is looking for an e nergetic and dynamic Office Services Representative to join our Office Services team in the Atlanta Headquarters. The Office Services Representative preforms a range of clerical and general office duties to help support the company’s internal and external customer service functions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic individual interested in starting an exciting career with an international company!
Scope of Responsibility :
-First point of contact; answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive attitude. Welcome visitors before determining the reason for their visit and directing them accordingly.
-Manage conference room schedule, meeting rooms, and welcome screen
-Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing courier packages with UPS/FedEx/DHL
-Provide general clerical and administrative support for other departments as assigned
-Process internal requests for office or equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors or facilities staff
-Generate Business Intelligence reports for the commercial team using Power BI and other analytics tools

-Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively with varying levels of internal and external customers over the phone, in person, and via email

-Ability to think fast on feet; handle situations or emergencies that might arise and require quick decision and/or action
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
-Previous international experience or exposure is required.
Experience and Education :
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
-Minimum two years of receptionist/administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment is required
-Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge especialiy in Excel is required
Language:
Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. Proficiency in Spanish or another second language is preferred.
