You will perform clerical and administrative functions to support our Marketing and Administrative efforts in order to drive company success. This professional will be part of a dynamic, goal-oriented team and will work hand-in-hand with several departments to achieve the best possible results for our diverse Client base. Responsibilities:
- Create Social Media content and posts
- Update marketing materials
- Update web site
- Email blasts
- Draft correspondence, reports, and other formal documents
- Draft and track Press Releases
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls, route and message appropriately
- Maintain safe and clean reception and common areas
- Create and maintain project tracking spreadsheets
- Monitor supplies
- Open and distribute mail/faxes
- Perform other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong telephone/personal skills
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- High sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Friendly, warm and professional
- Basic Spanish preferred
- Sense of humor a must
