Internship Description
As a Social Media Manager for Evolution Fitness/Patriot Sports Nutrition/LoudAF, you will manage the lifeblood of our businesses! You will be a part of developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. That’s a big responsibility – so don’t mess up!
- Join the team for brainstorming sessions!
- See the process all the way through – develop, implement and manage our social media strategy and content.
- Set goals for our most important social media KPIs.
- Help us expand our customer base by identifying potential markets and planning sales and advertising campaigns.
- Share our success! Keep the team informed on our ROI, SEO, social media engagement, and other performance metrics.
- Enjoy the privilege of interacting with our followers and influences via comments and DMs.
- Represent us well! Be exceptional in your communication with followers, influencers, and customers.
- Submit drafts for the Evolution Fitness/Patriot Sports Nutrition/LoudAF stamp of approval!; or
- Apply our valuable coaching insights to boost your posts.
- Proof all final posts, so we don’t look like idiots.
- Protect the brand’s integrity in all your content, posts, and interactions.
- Collaborate on projects with community partners and show them the greatness of the Evolution Fitness/Patriot Sports Nutrition/LoudAF team.

Learning Objectives
At Evolution Fitness/Patriot Sports Nutrition/LoudAF you will experience the classroom brought to life! Apply the skills you’ve learned in school and master new skills you can use throughout your career. We are dedicated to facilitating your learning – here’s how:
1. Active engagement in the creative process. From brainstorming a concept through to production – you will be a part of it all! You will learn what it takes to generate worthwhile ideas and turn them into relevant and engaging content.
2. Powerful communication of your ideas. Your ideas are awesome – and we’ll help you communicate them that way. Our team will teach you to present content and context to your clientele - boldy, persuasively, and with clarity.
3. Refined skill and technique. Hone your skills and technique using basic tools, techniques, technologies, and processes – master the software, applications, and processes of the discipline, including use of social media platforms, analytical tools, etc.
4. Find your swagger. Find – and own – your professional style. Develop curiosity, take initiative, and be persistent in engaging with your subjects, mentors, and teammates. Navigate autonomous projects and learn strategies for successful group collaborations.
Interns will receive weekly supervision from the business’ co-owner and operator – who is responsible for videography, photography, marketing and communications for the businesses.
Internship Duration: 9/7/2021 to 12/10/2021
Part time: 16 hours per week
