We are located in Boca Raton, FL and we are looking for a student or recent-grad to join our team!

This internship opportunity is quite amazing as it will expose you to the crossroads of sustainability and business strategy in a very unique way. Exposure to other areas of the company will also be part of the internship.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

● Work with the management team of the business to review and redefine as necessary the sustainability architecture program

● Assist in defining and creating the entire 360-degree stakeholder touchpoint sustainability plan 

● Help evaluate and define the key areas and the respective approach for reinvention and impact by sustainable innovation in the short and long term

● Write and update related documentation

● Prepare weekly updates and reports to track progress

● Ensure proper methodology and systems are always in place

● Identify industry leaders and evaluate how to adapt applicable initiatives and define new thresholds

● Other assignments as needed for the job

 

OUTCOME OF INTERNSHIP:

 

1) Familiarize with chocolate business, supply chain and logistics as it pertains to sustainability and business strategy

2) Hands-on real-world sustainability and business innovation experience (including KPIs, business strategy and best practices, among others).

3) Participate with team on brainstorming activities

4) E-commerce and digital marketing exposure

5) Learning startup culture and dynamics

 

The intern will report to the Managing Director and can be remote or in-person (preferred).
