Business Administration Internship
The company is looking for an eager-to-learn intern to join our business administration/real estate team under the tutelage of an experienced business owner.
This intern should be prepared to work as well as learn in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of "business administration" (marketing, human resources, real estate, contract management, social media, finance, etc.) including:
· Create, design, and distribute real estate brochures
· Manage database and prepare reports
· Maintain online and paper filing systems
· Post property listings and supporting documentation and pictures/videos
· Handle property advertising online and through other mediums
· Prepare, deliver and pick up real estate forms, documents, and marketing material
· Assist with property photos before and after repairs and to be used in the marketing process
· Work on install and removal of for sale/sold signs, flyers and business cards on the property
· Coordinate, oversee and inspect the completion of repairs on properties
· Assist real estate agents with coordination, preparation and feedback at open house events
· Obtain information and public records about properties
· Perform other duties as needed
While the intern is expected to have some basic administrative skills the position undertaken will be an ongoing learning experience both from the owner and existing administrative support staff.
The intern will be under the close supervision of the owner and staff.

The Owner of the company will mentor the intern and have continuous input and review the intern's progress, but more importantly, she will make sure the intern is learning about the business world and work with the intern as additional training is needed. The internship is at a minimum of 5 months, 16-20 hours per week. We have the flexibility and can adjust the schedule as needed.
The intern will be under the close supervision of the owner and staff. The intern is aware there is a $600 monthly financial stipend (to help with transportation costs) .
