Junior Event planner

We are looking for candidates from the hospitality, communications, public relations sectors to join our team. You will be involved and learn all aspects of the event planning process, including vendor referrals, coordinating events details, and provide general support throughout the event. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Making phone calls, vendor relations, streamline event preparation, assist senior event planners in the coordination of events and working assigned events while representing the company with a professional image. Help with social media post and website maintenance.

Requirements:
- Demonstrate a passion for event planning
- Effective written and oral communication skill
- Efficient organization and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask
- Must be calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and with initiative
-Detailed oriented
